Presented by the Alzheimer's Association and Arkansas Methodist Medical Center, our group meets on the 1st Thursday of the month, from 12pm to 1pm at the AMMC Auditorium in Paragould. Here's what you can expect: Develop a support system with people who understand; Exchange practical information on challenges and solutions; Talk through issues and coping strategies; Share feelings, needs, and concerns; Learn about community resources. 4,000 Steps for Diabetes Glow Run Saturday, November 8, 2025 6pm Greene County Tech Middle School It's that time of the year again! The annual 4000 Steps for Diabetes Glow Run is here again! The race will be held outside GCT Middle School in Paragould. Let's all come together as a community to help support research for Type 1 Diabetes and other community diabetes efforts while having fun! Here's how it works...Step 1. Register to run or walk the event and invite your friends to join! You can make your own team and go crazy with costumes and glow accessories! Step 2. Pick up your t-shirt and packet at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center on 11/6 from 11am-3pm. If unable to pick up your shirt/packet at this time, please call 239-7016 to make arrangements. Step 3. Show up on 11/8 at 5:00pm (race starts at 6:00pm) to walk/run the official Eagle Mile course. Post a picture of your run to Facebook or Instagram using #AMMCglowrun!
